I have always had a great experience with Convoy Auto Repair. The staff are courteous and professional, and have helped keep my aging car safe and reliable. On this occasion, the non-working trunk latch was only jammed, not broken; they fixed it, showed me how to fix it myself if it ever jams in the future, and did not even charge me for the visit.
