Kia had said replacing front brakes for my 2016 Kia Soul would be 400$. Convoy auto repair did it the next day for 180 along with checking the rotors and battery. Cool little waiting room with free WiFi — really can’t beat it.

Had a unexpected issue with our car and looked on AAA website for recommendation for a mechanic. They were able to schedule us quickly and Shawn was so helpful getting us set up for the repair. Car was complete sooner than expected and affordable based on what needed to be done. Very happy to have discovered the shop-been around 25 years.

I recently had concerns that water had gotten into my gas tank. Convoy Auto Repair was able to do a fuel combustion analysis and determine that the vehicle was firing properly and there was no indication of contamination. From my first conversation with David, the Service Manager, I was confident that I had found the right auto repair shop. David had a complete grasp of my situation and concerns and explained fully the testing that could be performed and possible corrective action that could be taken if warranted. Thankfully, there was no damage and testing did not reveal any fuel contamination. My confidence in their ability to provide professional service was fortified by the fact they are a AAA certified service. I came away satisfied with the diagnostics, the service and the professionalism of the shop. Convoy Auto will be my first stop for further service.

My alternator went out driving to work in the morning. I am mediately turn the car towards convoy auto. I didn’t have an appointment but I called in a frantic mess. It was mid week hopefully they didn’t have too many appointments but they took me in anyway! The car was ready to go before noon!!
