What a wonderful experience. I had to drop my car off a day before and pick it a few days after it was finished due to a surgery. Eric was so accommodating and pleasant. He kept me informed of every step and explained exactly what needed to be done. They found the problem and my car was fixed. My 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT had a fuel pump failure and had to be towed into the shop. Once I was there, Roman took my information, I had to leave it over the weekend since it was on a Friday. But he contacted me the following Monday as soon as they were open and confirmed it was indeed my fuel pump that failed. He quoted me for all parts and labor, gave me a full price breakdown. Once I authorized the workz he called me just a few hours later that same day and told me the truck is finished. I am very pleased with this shop and the staff, and how fast they were able to help me, I will definitely use them again

I was recommended from my sister she just got work done over there I spoke with Arron right away he gave me the breakdown of all that needed to be done with vehicle there one of the only companies in town that did a smoke test I have taken other places and they didn't give me the confidence of what Arron have done I'm really satisfied with the job he did

Very thorough inspection. Transparent on work needed and price estimate. They provide you a detailed inspection report with pictures of your car and description of work performed and the reason why. Would recommend this business!
