I think 4/5 is a fair review. While I have no issue with the repairs - I do feel slightly taken advantage of price-wise. I took my truck in and told them that I had done an OBD-II scan that said the check engine was due to LIN bus disconnect. A simple Google regarding that fault 99% points to an issue with the active grill shutter assembly. Ok so I take it in with that info, and still get a $170 diagnostic fee to tell me it was just that... Then the part on the receipt doesn't say what brand my new shutter assembly is, it just says $600+ looking around the Internet the highest price I see for one is $360. Making that a 75% markup. Labor, I'm not going to dispute this, charge whatever it's your business. In total though this cost me $1250+ Did they solve the issue, yes. That's what matters - however there are a plethora of auto shops right, so the difference between being a repeat customer for life or shopping around next time can hinge on price transparency and honesty. Which I felt was a little lacking and thus I think 4/5 stars is a fair and honest review.
