I highly highly recommend this place I've read comments about convo Auto repair of how expensive it can be but you know what they get the job done my car is an investment and as an investment I want my car to last Joseph very patient with me he explained broke down paper what it is that is wrong with my car what they're going to do to my car he gave me a quote I paid it and it's fixed I'm going on a month the check engine light has not came back on and I feel like a weight has been lifted so if you find yourself needing a good honest reputable repair place I recommend convoy Auto repair and its staff are top notch

Today was my first experience and it was fantastic. My car is great. They went out of their way to help me get to and from my house. They were easy to work with and made sure I could see and understand what needed to be done and why. We will definitely be returning customers.

I admittedly have PTSD when it comes to taking my car in for assessment and repair. Being a senior woman I have always felt I would get ripped off or they would sell me a service I don't need. I came across Convoy Auto on a review site with high ratings so I decided to give it a try. I needed to have the air conditioning fixed on my Mercedes E550 and after 2 attempts with another shop with no success I decided to try Convoy. Roman was so knowledgeable and helpful. He explained their entire process and set realistic expectations for me. I needed other maintenance done as well. I left my car overnight so they could properly diagnose the problem. But, I needed the car back mid day the next day. They fixed my AC problem, did all the maintenance required and it was done by the time I asked. Roman even helped me with a device I needed to maintain the battery as my car often sits for long periods of time. He showed me how to hook it up and sent me the Amazon link for it. I got in my car and it was so cold I thought I was in Iceland. Finally a reputable auto repair shop I could trust! Very pleased and will definitely go back when needed. Thanks Roman for all your help!

Unbeknownst to me, my Tesla Model S needed brakes ASAP due to my son driving it. I was going to call a few places but didn't need too. Joe took my phone and gave me a level of confidence knowing they could handle the job even though I had everything done at the dealership. The carved out time due to the urgency I'm getting excellent job. Great communication and came in a little bit less than I had expected. Greatly appreciate you guys handling this in a timely fashion and professionally! It certainly won't be the last time. Thanks.

I started my car that morning and the check engine light was on and the car was idling and shaking as I put it in drive mode. It was moving so I drove very carefully to Convoy Street looking for a shop to stop at. I pulled into Convoy Auto Repair and Towing. I was greeted by a kind and helpful man named Roman. I was able to have them take a look at my car and give me an estimate. They gave me an Uber ride to work and said they would be in touch with me on what they find out. I was given a call later that day and found that my spark plug and coil was missing firing. They recommend that I should replace all but they could just replace the broken one. I gave them the okay to replace all. It was done that day and I was able to pick up my car on the next morning. They were all very friendly and professional. It seems like my car is okay now. The only reason for one less star, is that the cost of the job was very high in comparison to other companies. Other than that, I think they are a good choice to get your car fixed especially when you’re in a jam.
