Over the phone I spoke with Joe and he was quick, very responsive and helpful. When I walked in the other employees were courteous and professional. The best part is I saved a lot of money replacing my rear Tesla model s shocks compared to Tesla service

Had a couple vehicles worked on here at convoy auto. They did the exact work I asked and in timely manner. The quality of work was great. Biggest thing was when any issues came up they were very honest and straight forward. There customer service was excellent as well

I brought my 1998 Ranger to Convoy Auto Repair as a project vehicle, knowing it would need major repairs and wouldn’t be cheap. Mr. Joe was incredibly professional, giving me honest advice on whether to keep or fix it. I decided to move forward thanks to his word, transparency, and the shop’s expertise. Throughout the process, they’ve kept me informed and never did any work without my approval. On top of that, they even did some complementary work at no charge, which really showed they care more about helping than just making a buck. I highly recommend them for their honesty, skill, and great customer service.
