I knew I had an oil leak. They found it and fixed it. They went the extra mile and checked other things that the oil had damaged and repaired it! All the time keeping me apprised of their progress. Great job! Kind, courteous, helpful, and keeping a smile on my face! Thank you.

I own a 2017 Volvo with 92,500 miles. It started misfiring and the dealer told me to tow it in. The dealer told me the car is near end of life. I should trade it in or rebuild the engine for $8500. I went to Convoy Auto and they diagnosed my PCV valve was bad. They changed my PCV valve , secondary PCV valve and oil separator for $1500. My car runs well after the repairs. I'm giving them 4 stars because my spark plugs also need changing and they want to charge me $700 to change 4 spark plugs. Convoy Auto correctly diagnosed my problem. They were transparent about how much the work would cost. I had the choice of what I wanted them to do and what I didn't want them to do. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work done by Convoy Auto.

I never have to worry with Convoy Auto Repair. Their professionalism, courtesy and quality of work are always reliable. This was a minor repair that (in theory) I may have been able to do myself. But I trust the technicians to perform a proper inspection and inform me of complications that I would not be qualified to diagnose myself.

Edit 7/28/25: Just this past week I came down to SD again for vacation and was supposed to drive 7 hrs back home when I ran into an oil leak. Booked an appointment with Convoy Auto for Monday 7/28 and they were able to diagnose the issue and fix it within the day. Car ran smooth after and I made the 7 hr drive back home. Great shop, very professional and friendly. They repair your car fast and within reasonable price. Thank you once again, Joe and team. 2022: I had recently taken a trip to San Diego and my check engine light had turned on for my Toyota Sienna mid way through my trip. I found Convoy Auto near the place I was staying at and brought my car in for service. Sean and everyone at Convoy Auto were professional and friendly. Convoy Auto was able to diagnose the check engine light quickly and gave me a very reasonable quote. Very honest and trustworthy shop!
