Do not go here! I believe there may be shady dealings. The first time I went in for Brake repair, they told me I needed a $700 repair for something else. I took their word for it. Now I'm not sure. My mom had to buy a new car after they kept "fixing" her car, making it worse. Today, I discovered that after an oil change 2 weeks ago, they forgot to replace the crash washer (cap) and I've been leaking oil in my garage. I had to spend another hour getting this fixed. I still have a lot of oil to clean up, and even though they did fix the problem (didn't top even top off the oil, saying it was still full- I call BS), this was a wasted several hours of my time. All they said was "sorry." I was expecting at least a voucher for a car wash for all my trouble. So I asked and was told that only the manager (who was not in today) could do that! So really? the second-in-command can't offer more than a "sorry" for all my extra time and energy? (not to mention another trip to Starbucks!) This is not good customer service for such a large company. Also, if you check pricing, they are well above the smaller and more trust-worthy shops. I will not leave my car in their care ever again!
Rhonda Felten, We are sorry to hear you had to contend with an oil leak. The "crush washer" is not serviced with the oil service. These are reused and checked for proper sealing after the initial repairs. We understand and appreciate it is frustrating to have it leak two weeks later. We certainly do not anticipate this type of failure. Our invoice today stated: "Upon inspection verified oil at the full mark when vehicle received. Verified the drain plug gasket is leaking. Replaced oil drain plug gasket. Cleaned area and replenish oil ." When oil leaks, many times while it may look like a lot when it spreads out on the ground, the loss is not distinguishable. I believe the staff performed excellently as the timestamps show the warranty concern addressed, and you were in and out in 36 minutes.
