I just had my GMC Yukon XL serviced at Convoy Auto Repair for some service and brake issues. Not only did they fix everything perfectly and give me positive news about my car, but they also took the time to untwist my seatbelts, which were driving me nuts! Excellent service, friendly and caring staff, & highly recommend!

Got my AC fixed here . Dropped my car off at 730 am had it back in my possesion by 230. They called me and updated me every step of the way. Roman was excellent with customer service and i will definitely be taking my car here for any future fixes.

I have now been s customer of Convoy Auto Repair for two years, during which time I have saw through help at least five times and they have kept kept my 2005 Honda Accord two-door coupe with a six speed manual transmission and now 200,000 miles running well, despite my long-term deferred maintenance on various parts and systems. Time after time Convoy auto helped me to keep it running well, even as various parts were getting old and wearing out. Earlier this week I brought my Honda in for a checkup and advice because I noticed it was running a bit rough, intermittently, and I had been advised when I was getting an oil change that an auxiliary light was not working and replacement with the new bulb did not fix it. I wanted Convoy auto to diagnose and fix that light, which turned out to be a minor matter, but also to drive it and examine it to advise me generally on what maintenance they would recommend at this time. They got to work promptly and by the afternoon they had provided me a written report outlining recommended, with photographs of all parts mentioned, and estimates of parts and labor for any work. After reading the report I had a long discussion following which I followed their recommendation to replace two tires, (which I did at discount tires because I have a long history getting tires there), and I agreed to return for further service to address the other important i recommended service items when I have more time. Convoy auto did not attempt pressure me to proceed with any recommended services before I was ready to do so, and simply encouraged me to replace the tires and come back when it was convenient for the other recommended work. I greatly appreciate their expertise and the written reports supported by photographs they always provide along with explanations and cost estimates. They are a professional outfit and I continue to recommend them highly.

The staff of the Convoy Auto Repair is fantastic. My car’s issues were repaired without a hitch. They are efficient, top-notch in car repair, and very helpful to the customers. I am very appreciative of the staff, especially Joe, who assisted and advised me above and beyond his duty. The Convoy Auto Repair was recommended to me by a friend.
