Convoy Auto was able to complete work* recommended by a Dealer Service Dept at a lower price, and honored a request for AAA Discount. I appreciated getting the car back the same day, but did drop the car off the previous night in order for the engine to be cool enough to work on the next day. * work associated with tune-up. Spark Plug replacement and valve clearance adjustments.

It was done today, so it is to early to talk about the results. Personal was polite, but service time was terribly long. I was a car engineer/mechanic in the past and know how much time is needed to change the oil. I did it for 5 minutes, with washing the engine from inside for about 8 minutes. With rotation, it may be about 15 minutes (without wheels balancing), but definitely not 115 minutes what I spent today!

Joe was great and very helpful with quoting, scheduling and follow-up. Great service all the way through. Approve.
