Joe was very kind and helpful. I was kinda shaken up from a collision that just happened and he patiently helped me through assessing the damage with a gentle tone. The inspection was $69.95. Joe is definitely a man of good character that I would definitely come back to for help. I just had to go with another auto repair shop cuz of insurance

Best shop in SD! From big jobs to maintenance, they have done wonderful work on my car. I’ve gone to many shops over the years but since I found Convoy Auto I haven’t been anywhere else. I knew I had an oil leak. They found it and fixed it. They went the extra mile and checked other things that the oil had damaged and repaired it! All the time keeping me apprised of their progress. Great job! Kind, courteous, helpful, and keeping a smile on my face! Thank you.

I own a 2017 Volvo with 92,500 miles. It started misfiring and the dealer told me to tow it in. The dealer told me the car is near end of life. I should trade it in or rebuild the engine for $8500. I went to Convoy Auto and they diagnosed my PCV valve was bad. They changed my PCV valve , secondary PCV valve and oil separator for $1500. My car runs well after the repairs. I'm giving them 4 stars because my spark plugs also need changing and they want to charge me $700 to change 4 spark plugs. Convoy Auto correctly diagnosed my problem. They were transparent about how much the work would cost. I had the choice of what I wanted them to do and what I didn't want them to do. Overall, I'm satisfied with the work done by Convoy Auto.
