Had work done on a 1998 Avalon. Very professional from the drop off of the car, paper work n pickup . I appreciated the way they were following suggested protocol in 6 foot distancing and sign the paperwork so there was no contact. They even provided a ride to n from while the work was being done. Very courteous.

Mr Ely was extreme helpful after I bought a car from CarMax. The transmission was faulty, among other issues. He had is mechanics go over it and list everything wrong, and he personally remembered a Ford advisory on the transmission from years before, downloaded all the info from the Ford site, including one sheet for this specific vehicle with VIN number, and between Ford and CarMax all issues were resolved to my satisfaction at no cost to me. O APril 6th, his special "Covid 19" service was impeccable. Mr. Ely picked up my car, had it serviced, disinfected, etc., and brought it back - on his Birthday! WHAT A GUY!
