They clearly put the customer first and go well above and beyond to do what's not only best, but take it up a notch and add value to their service by exceeding expectations. They helped us with multiple repairs. Each time better than the next. Joe remembers everything!! He took care of some really helpful & thoughtful servicing issues that we had even forgotten about. Their price was fantastic! They battled the warrantee company and helped us get several discounts and additional coverages. They are the true example of customer service. A++

Excellent Service

We have been taking our cars to Convoy for years, and have always been impressed with their professionalism, knowledge, honesty and quality. There have been a very few times where an issue was miss-diagnosed, but they have always worked with us until it is corrected. We don't take our cars anywhere else.

Excellent price and quality. My car went in Monday after 5:00pm and was finished with a new alternator the next morning by 11:00 am. Outstanding customer service! I will definitely be using them for my car services. I only regret not finding this place sooner.

Their car pick up and delivery is extremely helpful and efficient. My pick-up happened on time and the car was back as promised. I was kept up to date on issues and sent photos of surprises they found for me to decide what I wanted before they did the work. You can definitely count of David and his team to do right by you.
