No complaints about service performed there.

I'm really impressed with their diagnostic skills and recommendations for other needed repairs and the possible consequences if not addressed. The warranty they offer balances what I think is a slightly higher labor rate than other independents. They do offer labor discounts now and then that really helps this issue. The available ride home is a plus too. I do recommend giving them a try if you have had problems finding quality service elsewhere. Customer satisfaction is certainly their goal.

It was good to know, because I could feel it, that I was being talked with honestly. I also appreciate not being talked at or talked down to. Thank You. We will be back when it [My car] has needs.

First of all everyone is most courteous, helpful, for instance, I brought my car in thinking my appt for that day. I was helped and the employee took a while to access my information. He apologized and said he had put me down for the next day, he apologized for his mistake. the service and additional analysis was great and we prioitzed the next step in my care car which was pretty crucial. Pick up and drop off service was outstanding. And to my embarrassed when I reached home to enter my payment ifnormation, I discovered I had taken my car in a day early!! All staff needs to be commended for their wonderful attitude and impeccable service, that includes all that were involved with my service. Thank you and I am a committed Convoy Auto advocate!!!

Very professional, straight forward, reliable service, somewhat reasonable prices. Only thing would be better if the prices were a tad lower.

I found the great service i was looking for at Convoy Auto Repair. It was time for Bob to get an oil change in his '95 Taurus. Since check engine light was on intermittently, I also wanted that checked out as well. Convoy Auto Repair found the problem quickly and also told me about other potential problems concerning my vehicle. I am going to tell my friends who live in the Serra Mesa area about a great mechanic who not only give great service, but that is also in walking distance of your home !

When we came in with our vehicle it was with the understanding that we were driving a long distance the next day and had to have the work completed by end of day. However, the repairs and maintenance needed were extensive and it seemed like "mission impossible" to turn it around quick enough. We were very pleased and grateful when they informed us that they would add a second mechanic for some of the job so that we could have it by 5pm. The work was done well and we have the confidence that the vehicle will get us safely to our destination and home again. Thank you Convoy Auto Repair!
