I don't like writing reviews but decided to make an exception here. These folks are very Courteous and very Knowledgeable service advisors. Very detailed oriented and kept me abreast of the status on my vehicle. My vehicle was not repaired by them, but it was not due to a lack of technical know how, but because the repairs were valued at more than the vehicle value price. My service adviser Joe was excellent and did exactly what his title displays....ADVISE! He wasn't trying to sell his services, but letting me know what was best for my wallet, by giving me choices to make an informed decision. If the customer service is this good...I can only imagine the type of quality maintenance they provide. I am a mechanic in the military and understand the industry...very rare to find HONEST auto repair facilities in this cut throat market.Thanks and continue the great honest work,Felix

I just brought my 2006 BMW M5 to David and the team at Convoy Auto Repair. My tires had been wearing funny, and even though my car did not pull to one side or the other, I knew that my alignment was not correct. They instructed me to come in with a full tank of gas, and explained that they would go through the factory-specified procedure for my M5. Apparently, specific weights are supposed to be placed in various parts of the car to ensure exact alignment. When they were done, they gave me a fancy printout, showing the before/after adjustments to camber, caster and toe.Nicely done. Again, I'm a happy customer! I'll be back.

Being active duty military, and originally from the east, I had NO idea where to bring my car for basic upkeep, let alone repairs. I discovered Convoy Auto Repair via AAA, and they have been immensly helpful.I recently brought my vehicle to the team at Convoy, for the second time in 2 months, for unexpected repairs, and both times I was absolutley, %100 percent satisfied with tthe results. the entire team was very patient, helpful, and informative through every step of the process, including sending me detailed emails about the repairs required on my car, and even after that, giiving me solid advice on what to do. I will absolutley be going back to see Pam, Joe, and the rest of the Convoy team for the remainder of my time here in san diego.
