Convoy Auto Repair Assessed the problem and recommended the correct repair within 30 minutes of my arrival! It doesn't get any better than that. There was a one and a half day time delay on parts. They let me know this immediately. The repairs were completed a little earlier than the estimate. The cost was less than the estimate. Outstanding service. These guys are the best. This shop always does an extremely professional job. High quality replacement parts are always used, and the engine block got wiped down so I could easily see any future leaks or issues. They are also extremely honest. I previously took my car in for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. Instead, they found a simple problem, and returned the car to me for almost no cost at all.

I've been taking my cars to Convoy for years because not only do they provide great service but they are friendly and helpful.

Convoy Auto performs safety tests and inspections as a routine matter. Aside from problem issues, they are fastidious in being on the lookout for upcoming maintenance and safety issues. I very much appreciate their heads-up on potential problems in my automobile and the fact that they explain the problem and the implications but don't pressure me to okay the reapir. These guys are the best in the business!

The service was great. I wish i would learn to make an appointment though. Every time I've been in for service my needs were always accomodated and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Just had service at Convoy Auto. They always treat you as if you actually matter, which is so rare these days. Try getting good service on an airline or from any big company [AT&T, SDG&E, etc.]. You're lucky to get anyone to actually talk to. This place is refreshing, and makes me glad I found them several years ago. Hope they don't change anytime soon....
