I've been doing business with Convoy Auto for years. What separates them from others is that they are always honest, reliable, competent and trustworthy. They don't try to upsell & only tell you about repairs that are truly needed. I can trust them. I have not found these qualities in many other shops. Sometimes I've gone elsewhere because of a coupon deal. The cheap usually becomes expensive with upselling me repairs that I likely don't really need. I've learned the hard way to not stray & stay with Convoy Auto who I know I can trust. Diane

these professional mechanics ordered parts and followed up with me as promised and when I went for the repair, they truly gave my car the attention and my mind was relieved to know they would do just what was promised - thanks again!

We had been taking our car for oil changes to Precision Auto Care on Midway Drive because of a deal we bought on Groupon. The guy there had told us that our brakes were going bad and needed to be changed asap. We asked him how much and he quoted us over 700! We immediately called Convoy Auto Repair and asked if this seemed legit and they quoted us a price of approx 400! We brought our car to Convoy Auto Repair and paid 402 out the door. The car was fixed in the same afternoon and you just can't beat their customer service! Such nice guys! Thanks Convoy Auto Repair for saving us money and taking care of us!
