I have been a customer of Convoy Auto Repair for the past 5 years. All personnel are always courteous & competent. They never perform any work that has not been pre-approved by the customer and always provide accurate prices. Both the lobby and garage areas are immaculate and they take great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them.

Some information is helpful, but the upsells are too strong.

I really appreciate how they tackle the real issues and, identify preventive maintenance service without the hard sell...helping me understand what might lead to a near-time failure and what can be deferred.I highly recommend Convoy Auto Repair for your car maintenance and repair needs!

Scheduled a smog test via the website, was called to confirm an appointment within 5 minutes. The gentlemen working were all very nice & very helpful. When it was time for me to pay, David (I believe his name was) explained everything to me & answered every question I had in terms that I (not a car person at all) understood. I was in & out of there within 30 minutes. I'd definitely recommend them to a friend.

I have been to Convoy Auto Repair with four of my previous vehicles and returned when I purchased my latest vehicle (low mileage 2003 Ford Explorer Sport). I bought the vehicle from a used car dealer and needless to say, it needed a few repairs to bring it back to good working order. Joe provided me with a list of repairs needed and the respective prices. In less than a day, all of the repairs were completed and the vehicle performs like new. While my repairs were pricy, the level of service that I received by Joe along with the ability of the mechanics made it worth the trip from Del Mar. Many thanks again!

I dropped off my truck the night before. I received a call right after you opened, the next morning.My truck was then repaired with in a 2 hours. Thanks for the great service that is always provided.
