Convoy Auto performs safety tests and inspections as a routine matter. Aside from problem issues, they are fastidious in being on the lookout for upcoming maintenance and safety issues. I very much appreciate their heads-up on potential problems in my automobile and the fact that they explain the problem and the implications but don't pressure me to okay the reapir. These guys are the best in the business!

The service was great. I wish i would learn to make an appointment though. Every time I've been in for service my needs were always accomodated and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.

Just had service at Convoy Auto. They always treat you as if you actually matter, which is so rare these days. Try getting good service on an airline or from any big company [AT&T, SDG&E, etc.]. You're lucky to get anyone to actually talk to. This place is refreshing, and makes me glad I found them several years ago. Hope they don't change anytime soon....

I've been taking my car to Convoy Auto Repair for a couple of years now. Alan and Joe are always great. They are upfront and honest and the job is always done right.

Used to take my Camry to a Toyota dealership until I realized they were recommending unnecessary repairs. Found Convoy Auto Repair on the AAA website and gave them a try. They get the job done right at a reasonable cost. Also, everyone (including the shuttle drivers) are very professional. I high recommend Convoy Auto Repair.

I have been coming to Convoy Auto Repair for close to 20 years. I originally found them on a recommendation from a tow truck driver and have almost never gone anywhere else since. They are honest and tell you what you need to know to keep your car running.

Allen was fabulous. He answered all my questions up front and called me back about a price for a fix. Needed my O2 sensor possibly replaced (code P0158)from my OBDII reader. They ran the needed test & fixed the car right up. Loved the straight forward & Friendliness of the repair shop. Defiantly would recommend them to get anything fixed as they aren't out for your money.
