This shop always does an extremely professional job. High quality replacement parts are always used, and the engine block got wiped down so I could easily see any future leaks or issues. They are also extremely honest. I previously took my car in for what I thought was going to be an expensive repair. Instead, they found a simple problem, and returned the car to me for almost no cost at all.
