Excellent service!

I needed a smog check by a Star Station. I found their location through the State Bureau of Automotive Repair and also researched their BBB accreditation and complaint file. No BBB complaints & A+ rating along with high rate of pleased customers in the reviews posted at their website. I received the fastest test yet and the counter staff were friendly, professional and courteous. I left with my wallet $55 lighter, a large weight lifted from my shoulders and a smile on my face. That’s some compliment coming from someone like me. I would have to say that they will be the first repair shop I think of if I should happen to need other type of auto repairs later.

A radiator hose clamp broke it my car causing my car to overheat and damage to my engine. I called Convoy Auto Repair and told them what happened. David looked up my records and saw that they had replaced my hoses a little while back. He immediately took responsibility, called the place where the clamps were bought and he's ensuring the car is fixed with no charge to me. He also immediately arranged a rental car for me. Convoy Auto Repair truly gives excellent service! I will always remember how great they are taking care of me with this potentially disastrous situation. Thank you so much Convoy Auto Repair!!!!! I will never take my car to any other place!!!!

Thanks for the no-pressure but thorough service suggestions! And Pam was such a pleasure to work with - what a gem. Overall I am happy to have taken my car for servicing at Convoy Auto Repair (despite my wish that cars weren't so darn expensive to maintain! :) ).

Took the vehicle in because the air conditioning was not blowing cold air and the A/C compressor under the hood was making a lot of noises. Diagnosis was that the compressor had gone bad and needed to be replaced, along with a couple of other A/C system parts. During the course of repairs additional problems were encountered such as some frozen/corroded fittings that would require additional repairs (cost) if they couldn't break them loose properly. Convoy was good at keeping me informed of the progress over the course of the next day, but in the end the fittings would not come apart and the additional parts and repairs became the reality of a 20 year old system. A/C blows REALLY COLD air again and the couple of after repair issues were taken care of quickly and without additional charge. Professional repair and quality people.
