Convoy Auto Repair provided fast and friendly service for my BMW 128i. I had an oil pan gasket, serpentine belt, and front brake pads and rotors replaced, as well as an oil change. While the maintenance wasn't cheap, it was still less expensive than taking my car to the dealership.

Service was efficient and exceeded my expectations. Everything was done perfectly. They completed a long and difficult job in under a day. The price point was market or better. I am completely satisfied and would use Convoy Auto Repair again. My car was a Volvo that had a unique Alternator configuration. I was towed in via AAA, the night before, when the car broke down in route home from work. They kept me updated on work as it progressed throughout the day. To top it off I received a small AAA discount.

Courteous service at a fair price. Car delivered when promised with an excellent guarantee. All that plis a AAA discount of 10% (up to $50). I'll definitely go back when I need service for my aging Honda Accord.

I have gone to Convoy Auto for several different problems on my 2002 Toyota 4Runner over the last year or so and they are always spot on. I had a really weird high pitched fan noise that it seemed only I could hear-brought it to other businesses over the years with no success-but Convoy found it and it was an easy fix. Wish I would have known about them as it drove me absolutely batty on my 125 mile drive each way up to Los Angeles and back for work. I also love their courtesy shuttle as its not easy to get a ride from a friend. Customer service is fabulous too-highly recommend!
