So glad I brought my truck here! They were thorough and professional. I was informed of all my options up front and did not feel pressured to do anything. Very happy with the work performed.

They got me in on the weekend in record-breaking time, diagnosed the issue and had me back on the road in no time. Prices were very affordable. The techs were knowledgeable and kept me updated. I found my new repair shop!

They don't try to cheat you. I used to work on my own cars so I know enough to know when an auto repair place is being honest or trying to jack up the bill. Most of the repair places I've gone to in the past, men have had a tendency to talk down to me because I'm a woman and they assume an easy mark. Convoy Auto has always been honest with me, they tell you what's wrong and let you decide what you want to do. They will tell you what needs to be done to be safe, but they never hard sell or try to add on a bunch of extras. I also appreciate that their workers are taking classes and always trying to improve their repair skills and knowledge.

First time client and absolutely WONDERFUL experience. Incredibly professional staff who obviously respect each other and that shines through! I will definitely come back and recommend you to others! It "felt like a dealership" without the "dealership prices!"
