I've had work done at Convoy Auto repair since the nineties, so the professionalism, good communication and attention to detail are not new to me. You can always count on honest and low-pressure update calls, and the rates for service are very fair, a steal when you consider that you know it's fixed right the first time. The only place I'd take my vehicles in San Diego for service.

Great Fast Service!!

I took my SUV to Convoy Auto Repair and recited great service as usual. My engine light came on the night before I was picking guests up from the airport and I was unsure if it was safe to drive my SUV for the weekend while they were visiting. I was fortunate that they were able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning. They found the problem and replaced the parts within a couple of hours. The staff is extremely nice and explains the problems as well as giving a fair price. The staff is always smiling and I appreciate the kindness in stressful situations like car trouble! Thank you!

Quick and painless

It is always daunting to have to bring an older car for repairs; there never seems to be a simple way to resolve matters. I received a very honest assessment and helpful insights to make an informed decision. These people definitely have your best interest at heart even though it means they may not get to repair your car and make any money of you. I can tell they value long term relationships and customer loyalties instead of a quick fix money making. Bravo! It is refreshing.
