Joe and the mechanics are very knowledgable. Convoy auto is very advanced in terms of customer care, even giving the customer a link to a thorough overview of the condition of the car and the present issues. This can be viewed before deciding on what you agree to have repaired, with pictures of any damages included. I really appreciate that!

Initially had an issue when my subaru WRX clutch was removed and replaced. When I took the car back, Convoy Auto was able to correct ALL issues and the car runs GREAT. Could not be more pleased. Took my car in because it DIED. The guys at Convoy took it right in and fixed it up. My car continued to have other issues, however, and I frustratingly took it back. They didn’t charge me one cent and when the issue continued to arise, they kept taking it back, no questions asked. Finally, my car runs like a dream and they didn’t charge me any extra. Seriously, take your car here. They’ll get any issues taken care of and won’t rip you off.

Unfortunately, I was not able to complete the repairs needed for my vehicle. The customer service at the front desk is nothing short of outstanding. although I had n appointment online, the appointment did not show in their list but still they fast to accommodate my request for an estimate for a rack and pinion replacement. They told me that they are going to look into it - about 2 hours after I receive a text and an estimate. That's fast service. Thank you Convoy Auto Repair for the prompt response.

Convoy Auto Repair was able to make our 2010 Volvo feel as if brand new again. Their pricing on services are extremely competitive w/the dealership and I would say that the customer service is ten times better than that we’ve received at the dealership service department. Much of our conversations were with David, he had a lot of patience in educating us through the repair process of the vehicle expressing incomparable customer care. Give them a call and they’ll take care of you as if you’ve been a customer for ages.

I feel like my car is in good hands with the guys at Convoy Auto Repair. As a female who knows very little about cars, it can be very daunting to go to a new mechanic. I have been a few times now to this mechanic and I can finally say that I trust them and the work they do. They have always been very professional, accommodating and patient with me (I have a lot of questions and sometimes need some reassurance lol). I am very loyal to a mechanic once I feel I can trust them. My mechanic of 15 years recently passed away and I have since visited a couple mechanics. I think I have found my new mechanic:)
