quick & efficient witty helping me get my car all fixed. sent updates with information & pictures which was helpful. only issue i wasn’t too fond of was that they charge $160 just to diagnosis my car which most place are free but unfortunately auto parts down the street machine was down so my only option was to get my car towed here. i wish i was given that information prior to having my car towed there when we called so i wasn’t stuck feeling like it was my only option. but overall good experience!

I asked them to diagnose issues with noise and check engine light. Both times issues were identified correctly and timely. The info was enough to fix it on my own both times.

What a great place to get your car maintained. I've always been a firm believer in only getting your car serviced at an actual dealership but this visit changed my view. Convoy Auto Repair was far superior to the actual dealership. They fixed and maintained everything I asked for without trying to sell me on a bunch of crap I didn't need. Their estimate came over via text and included pictures and explanations of everything that I needed, no pressure. Great experience.
