I took my car in for a regular oil change. As we were talking about the car when I picked it up, I mentioned that I was headed over to get the smog check done. Sean said that they are not able to do the "smog only" check there. But he offered to do the standard pre-check. He took his meter, plugged it into the car. It passed all but one item. He tried a different meter. He showed me the results. He said that I should drive it a few hundred miles, come back and it would probably pass the pre-check. I did come back. It didn't pass. They fixed the problem. They also calibrated the new sensors. I took the car to a smog check station. It passed easily. Convoy Auto saved me a lot of time and frustration. They truly believe in providing customer service!

Did inspection and serviced transmission. Very courteous and knowledgable. Will use them again.
