I had my alternator, various belts, the battery and tensioner replaced. They quoted me ONE THOUSAND dollars less than firestone for the same repairs and had it fixed in half the time. I felt confident in the work they did. They kept me very informed every step of the way. I will absolutely be back. (Unfortunately, likey sooner than expected due to a new issue arising but it's nothing they failed to do.... I can only expect so much from a vehicle with over 230k miles on it.) Major thank you to Ramon for the excellent customer service and patience with all my questions. If you're not sure who to trust with your repairs.... Convoy Auto Repair is it.

Received a quote from the Nissan dealership for my mom's Nissan Sentra. After some research I found Convoy Auto repair to be the most efficient and reasonable price wise. Their service went above and beyond my expectations. I was emailed pictures and a full description with details on what they found after further inspection of the suspension and associated bushings. I also went ahead with some brake adjustments and fluid flush that they recommended. I was very impressed with the turnaround time , same day. Will definitely be using them again thanks to everyone at Convoy Auto repair.
