The service received was timely, professional and the staff is informative and communicatess well.

I had to take my 1998 528i Bmw in for a smog check. I found a coupon on line and made an appointment to go in. I knew the car was going to fail because the check engine light was on. After the fail they referred me to the BAR program where I received up to 500 dollars towards repairs.Took the car back in after getting the voucher from the state and 2 days later had the car back running and looking good. Then the dreaded check engine light came back on OH NO!! Took it right back in and the guys jumped right on it turns out it was a faulty gas cap ( I had replaced the original with a locking one after someone stole gas a few months ago.) They put a new gas cap on cleared the engine light told me to have a great day and said NO CHARGE for the cap or diagnosis. Service beyond what was expected. Thanks Guys!!

I trust these guys. Took my VW Golf here a few times, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I didn't feel ripped off - I TRUST them - which is hard for me to trust mechanics since I'm one of those chics that has no clue about her car (other than if the stereo and A/C works, and it runs good at 85 mph on the freeway).I love road trips, and like to take my car in here before and after to make sure everything is ship-shape.

Convoy Auto found a bad motor mount which another shop had said was a engine miss. They replaced my mount and now the engine runs smooth again.

I took my vehicle in for a Smog Test Only service and was given an appointment time. The service center was very polite and professional. They were very customer oriented and had my vehicle serviced at the time it was scheduled. I would suggest dropping off the vehicle and having them call you when it's done as the customer waiting area was not very comfortable but sufficient. I definitely would recommend this business to others and will return with other vehicles when needing work.
