Convoy Auto is a great place to have your car repaired. Their customer service is very good and they always let you know what it's going to cost to fix your car

Again, a pleasure to have my car serviced here... made an online appointment, printed the online discount coupon, showed up on time and was back in my car in 1 hr. 10 min. for a 4 wheel alignment . Probably would have been out in under an hour but the staff took the time to explain all the readings on the alignment print out sheet, including one that was a little out of tolerance but was not adjustable. They also reassured me that it was safe to drive and was just normal wear on the (rear) suspension for an older car with a lot of miles on it.

Very professional service and very pleasant people to work with - I've been taking my truck to them for years and have always had great work done.

Joe was professional again: quick turnaround on vehicle.

You guys are always fast, friendly and accommodating. I'm so glad that I started coming into your shop!

When you're a damsel in distress , with your car breaking down along the freeway, it helps to know there are gentlemen like Joe willing to help get you back in your car in a timely fashion without totally breaking your bank account as well. I was sent to this auto shop by AAA when my car stalled on me along the freeway. Joe openly communicated well what was needed and provided me with recommended work to be done along with the cost breakdown of each for future reference. He also delivered as promised. I would recommend this auto shop to family and friends.. Only downside is the sketchy location..., I would not have known it was there otherwise.
