From the minute I call in to make the appt, everyone is doing their part to help get my car done as quick as they can. Sean listens to my concerns, calls me to update me re what needs to be done and my car was done in 1 day. Juan saw me coming in to the shop, so he had the van ready to take me to work before he could be paged! I appreciate the friendly, professional , thorough job Convoy does every time.

You have always been very upfront in your recommendations, specifically with “truly needed repairs” vs “probably a good idea” vs “keep an eye on it, but this can really wait” type of things. Thank you again! I never take my SUV anywhere else. I get an email when it's time for an oil change, I can request an appointment online and hear back by the following day. It's very convenient. Everyone there is so nice and my car was done very quickly. By the time I walked across the street to the Starbucks and finished my coffee, it was done. They don't try to sell you things you don't need either, which I appreciate. Great service as always, thank you!
