I was referred to Convoy Auto Repair and called to schedule an appointment to have my A/C checked out as it has been blowing hot air and I wanted to get it fixed before summer came. I spoke to Mat on the phone to schedule the appointment and he was great! Super friendly and got my appointment set up. Upon pulling into the parking lot I was greeted by technicians working on vehicles. I checked in my car and left it there for the day to be diagnosed and repaired. I was updated throughout the process with very detailed messages that were sent via text and email. The updates included explanations and photos! My technician was Paul and he was great! He fixed the problem and was very straight to the point on what was wrong and what the solution is. I will recommend anyone I know who needs repairs to Convoy Auto Repair!
